Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician? Have you experience maintaining & carrying out reparation works to a high standard whilst providing an excellent customer service, face to face, with short & long term tenants? My client is looking for someone to join their Property Portfolio team in Gibraltar. You will be expected to show initiative, reporting works required, repairs/maintenance needed to the Dept Manager for actioning. Your remit will be to complete jobs issued to a high standard in a timely manner. All candidates should be fluent in English, and possess:

Electrical & plumbing experience
Wood & metal work experience
Ability to fault find
Time management & organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Technical background, desirable
