Client Accountant

My client, a leading financial services provider with offices in Gibraltar, is looking for a passionate individual to join their Client Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified (ACCA or equivalent) with a minimum of two years’ experience and possess good technical ability.

The role includes:

- Managing a portfolio of clients.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements for entities in various jurisdictions.
- Preparation of Gibraltar tax and dividend returns.
- Provision of payroll services.
- Dealing with audit queries.
- Assisting and coaching team members.

Knowledge of ViewPoint and audit experience is preferable but not essential.

The candidate should be able to work on under their own initiative as well as within a team, have excellent communication skills, be well organised and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
