Residential Porter

My client, a large estate management company in Gibraltar, is looking for highly professional Porter to assist their residents, visitors & service providers. The role is a 24hr position so there will be both day & night shifts on a rota. Candidates should have an excellent knowledge of Gibraltar, possess exceptional customer service & people facing skills. You will be on hand to cover the reception desk and deal with all enquiries & complaints in a professional & efficient manner. You must be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in Hotel Reception/Night Porter role would be very suitable, fluent English is essential, Spanish & other languages would be advantageous. Impeccable presentation is also essential.
