Short Term Lets Administrator

This role requires someone able to accommodate shift work of 40 hours per week between the hours of 10am & 9pm on a rota basis. There will also be weekend cover required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will provide assistance for the daily operations of a busy property management company:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Support the operations team in their administrative tasks
Handle incoming queries and request from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams and team members to streamline operational process.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the company.
Maintain records, inventory, and customer data.
Manage a multi- line phone system, answer calls and direct them appropriately.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries.

KEY SKILLS:
Excellent communication and customer care skills.
Ability to manage clients.
Proven organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in a similar role an advantage.

IT literate.
Strong multi-tasking and time management is essential.
