Technical Account Manager (REMOTE)

THIS ROLE CANNOT BE CARRIED OUT IN GIBRALTAR - ONLY SPAIN/EUROPE ON AUTONOMO OR RWC.

My client, an international Payment Solutions Provider, is seeking a Full-Time Technical Account Manager. The remit of the role will be to manage integrations, provide technical oversight to merchants, and maintain reporting across their payment ecosystem. This is a remote role with flexible hours, but a few hours of overlap with CET time is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Manage technical onboarding for new merchants
• Provide weekly reports with a full overview of transactions and system health
• Monitor integrations (API/webhooks) and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with the founder on system improvements and task prioritization
• Act as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams
• Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge base

Qualifications:
• 2+ years in fintech, PSP, or related technical roles
• Understanding of payment flows, APIs, and dashboard tools
• Ability to analyze logs, debug basic issues, and escalate when necessary
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bonus: Familiarity with PSPs like Stripe, Checkout.com, Adyen, etc.
