Financial Account Manager (REMOTE)

My client, an international Payment Services Provider is looking for a Full-Time Financial Account Manager to handle reconciliation, reporting, and merchant financial support. You’ll ensure that all transactions, settlements, and reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily transactions and payment settlements
• Prepare weekly financial reports for internal and merchant use
• Track FX rates, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and payout cycles
• Support onboarding with KYB/AML financial documentation
• Investigate financial discrepancies or unusual activity
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure compliance

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of financial ops or accounting experience (PSP/fintech preferred)
• Proficient with spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience with merchant financial reporting, reconciliation, and chargeback handling
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Bonus: Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, and payment processor platforms
