Junior Client Onboarding Administrator
My client, is seeking a Junior Client Onboarding Administrator to join their growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have a good academic background and experience within the Financial Sector, especially in the field of companies and trusts. The position calls for a team player with strong administration, organisation and computer skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency in their work as well as a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic department that offers excellent opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Provision of administrative support and assistance to our Front Office acquisition teams
• Accurate input, maintenance, and validation of client and account data across internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and client due diligence processes
• Assist with software testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results and reporting issues for system enhancements and process improvements
• Comfortable working with digital onboarding platforms and workflow management tools
• Support the implementation of new onboarding technologies and digital initiatives
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working with CRM and document management systems in a regulated financial services environment would be advantageous
